President
Ana Pachano Bravo
Ana embarked on her journey as a researcher from her undergraduate years, graduating in Medicine from the Universidad de Las Américas in Quito, Ecuador.
With a strong research interest, she has worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Biomedical Research. Additionally, she has worked as a Physician for the Women's First Division Football Team at Independiente del Valle.
Currently, she is a Research Fellow in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital while pursuing studies in the Master of Medical Sciences and Clinical Investigation at Harvard Medical School.

Vicepresident
Stalin Cañizares
After graduating from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Stalin completed a Master of Clinical Science in Dresden University and a research fellowship in transplant surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA.

He is currently studying a Master’s in Public Health at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, with a focus on clinical effectiveness and public health leadership.

Alejandra Wright
Alejandra is a master’s student in the Human Development and Education program at Harvard's Graduate School of Education.
After graduating from Boston College with a major in International Studies, her passion for education was ignited unexpectedly while substituting at Mine School in Quito.
Alejandra is particularly interested in out-of-school learning and the dynamics of youth-adult relationships, with a focus on increasing and promoting youth participation within communities.

Director of Communications
Micaela Prado Larrea
Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, Michaela earned a B.S. in Chemistry and Nanotechnology Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. She conducted a Mitacs Globalink Research Internship in materials science at the University of Windsor, Canada, before joining Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School as a research intern.
She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Medical Engineering and Medical Physics at the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology (HST) program. Her research focuses on developing next-generation mRNA vaccines against infectious diseases and cancer.

Secretary
Stefani Dávila
Stefani Davila graduated from Emerson College with a B.A. in Business of Creative Enterprises, earning cum laude honors. She is now embarking on a journey as an Ed.M. student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship program. A passionate advocate for global social change in education and healthcare, Stefani hails from Quito, Ecuador, and now calls Boston, Massachusetts, home.
Through Meraki Youth, an organization she founded, Stefani co-organizes annual service trips to Ecuador, where volunteers work with oncological patients from the Jovenes Contra el Cancer Foundation, offering practical assistance and organizing various events.
