Join us for a roundtable conversation as we discuss home- and community-based pedagogical practices with Indigenous members of the Kichwa Otavalo and Saraguro communities residing across the United States. This event seeks to emphasize the importance of using these pedagogies and enculturation processes, the academic and developmental benefits these bring, and the need for schools to support families and community practices for diasporic youth to succeed within their school and broader society.
